Interview with Tom Murro and ‘Real Housewives of NJ’ star
Tom was in Martha’s Vineyard with his daughter when they stopped at Nancy’s Restaurant in Oak Bluffs, MA, to grab a bite to eat. A huge crowd surrounded the restaurant, and The Magnet was quickly informed that the first family was dining inside. (Looks like Tom and Obama have similar tastes…who knew?) The Magnet had a chance to speak with the president upon the completion of his meal. After shaking Obama’s hand, Tom reminded the commander-in-chief of their meeting with Spike Lee just a year prior – an encounter that Obama remembered. Tom proceeded to tell the President that he had a gift for him from baseball great, Yogi Berra. “Let’s see what you have there,” Obama said. After receiving the photo, Obama exclaimed, “That’s fantastic!” before passing the signed photo off to Marvin Nicholson.

Kim told RadarOnline.com that she thinks Teresa’s household items aren’t worthy of an estate sale. “Her things should be for sale on a folding table on Mulberry Street.” Word is, Ms. G. is in an entirely different financial world than the official housewives. “I’m going to buy everything and re-sell it on eBay,” she said. Recently, Mayor Bloomberg celebrated the graduation of 2010 NYC Ladders for Leaders students and, of course, the Celebrity Magnet was on the scene! NYC Ladders for Leaders is a program that offers professional internships to high school and college students in New York city. The mayor was not only there to congratulate the graduates, though. He also announced the eight interns who won the American Airlines College Tour Competition, which gives them free round trip tickets to visit the college of their choice. Tom arrived at the Gracie Mansion around 5:30 last night to participate in the annual Ladders for Leaders barbecue. For most of the event, Mayor Bloomberg was on stage, having a great time. During the celebration, they pulled some interns on stage to play a game of trivia and win a Mayoral mug. Of course, everyone got one in the end, but it was fun to watch! While participating in the festivities, enjoying the Chardonnay, and avoiding the (very greasy-looking) burgers, Tom met one of the interns, Jing Ma, a college student in Buffalo. She was a real sweetheart.
When the mayor made his way off the stage, the Magnet and Jing Ma were able to take a picture with him! During the moments they could chat with him, Mayor Bloomberg joked that the interns made $1 less than him. As he made his way through the crowd, the mayor enjoyed a burger and a drink before heading off to his next gig. A little after 8 EST Wednesday night, Kim G updated her Facebook status to talk about her appearance at Danielle’s party.
