The Last Airbender dominates the RAZZIES
The night before the Oscars®, The Golden Raspberry Foundation has come forth with their “winners” for the 31st Annual RAZZIE® Awards.
M. Night Shymalan defends his spot with the Raspberry Foundation by receiving the RAZZIE for Worst Picture 2010 with The Last Airbender, along with Worst Director, Worst Screenplay, Worst Supporting Actor (Jackson Rathbone), and Worst Eye-Gouging Mis-Use of 3-D (a new category added this year).
Sex & the City 2 also claimed numerous awards last night with Worst Sequel, and joint credit for Worst Ensemble and Worst Actress to the four main actresses or “entire cast”; Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristen Davis.
Valentines Day actors Ashton Kutcher and Jessica Alba also walked away with a RAZZIE for Worst Actor and Worst Supporting Actress. Alba’s award was based off a variety of movies including; Valentines Day, The Killer Inside Me, Little Fockers and Machete.
These well deserved awards were determined by 637 voters in 46 U.S. states and 17 countries. Razzies.com also includes the “worst movie of the week”, which currently features Nicolas Cage’s Drive Angry.    Â
