Late last week, Mariah Yeater, 20, quietly but ultimately dropped the paternal lawsuit filed against Justin Bieber after she
and her lawyers found out Bieber wasn’t messing around.
Yeater’s lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, both withdrew from the case and the entire lawsuit was dismissed. The pop star was not only planning on completing the DNA test, but also suing Yeaters for the outrageous accusations. Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, called Yeater’s attorney to confirm their intentions, and the Mariah decided to walk away – probably the right decision.
