Rapper Heavy D’s Cause of Death

The cause of rapper Heavy D’s death was released yesterday in his official autopsy report, stating that he died from a pulmonary embolism; a blockage of the main artery of the lung. Heavy D also suffered from deep leg vein thrombosis and heart disease.
