The Fifth Annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey results are in, and 11% of adults surveyed would like to have Denver Broncos Quarterback Tim Tebow as their neighbor. Celebrity couples were next in the rankings, with Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt garnering 10% of the votes, and Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux finishing 3rd with 9% of the vote.
Least desirable? The Jersey Shore Cast won a whopping 28% of the vote, up from 26% in last year’s poll. Charlie Sheen was definitely not winning with 21%, and Lindsay Lohan finished 3rd most undesirable with 14% of the adult votes.
Surprisingly (or not), 42% of the surveyed adults would not want a celebrity neighbor. “As a voyeuristic culture that breathlessly tracks every celebrity movement, it’s extremely surprising to see so many Americans saying they wouldn’t want to live next to any celebrity at all,” said Zillow Chief Marketing Officer Amy Buhutinsky. “More people opted out aof a celebrity neighbor in 2012 than in any of the past years we’ve run this poll.”
Perhaps it’s enough to view celebrity antics from the safety of our computer and TV screens.
