Lindsay Lohan was commended by the judge at her progress hearing Wednesday as she entered the home stretch of her probation after her theft conviction last year.
“The probation officer is pleased with your progress. You seem to be getting your life back on track and that’s what we all hoped for,” said Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner.
Lohan still has 14 more days of community service at the Los Angeles County Morgue, and 5 more therapy sessions to complete before her final hearing on March 29th. If all requirements are completed by then, Lohan’s probation from her 2007 DUI case in Beverly Hills will end. Her formal probation from the theft charge will be downgraded to summary probation, which means that she will no longer need to check in with her probation officer.
Lohan is not permitted to leave California except for work purposes. She is scheduled to host Saturday Night Live on March 3rd. Let’s hope her good behavior is a continuing trend.
