Justin Bieber rocked his pet snake as an accessory at last year’s MTV Video Music Awards. The snake, named Johnson, was then auctioned off for charity last fall.
The winning bidder had some “venomous” things to say about the pop star’s decision to get rid of his pet. “I found it really disgusting that celebrities like Bieber would stoop to a level of using living creatures as a fashion accessory and then so easily discard it,” Michael Kronick told E! News exclusively.
Kronick is owner of Startifacts.com and also a huge animal lover. He bid on the snake so he could donate it to a zoo, particularly Reptile & Amphibian Discovery Zoo in Owatonna, Minn.
He chose a zoo, because he knew they would take good care of it. He thinks the snake will be a big hit for the kids, especially for the ones who are Bieber fans.
