The ban comes after Snoop’s incident last month in a Norway airport. As PCM reported, the rapper was entering the country when drug dogs detected marijuana in his luggage. After a search, 8 grams of cannabis were found in Snoop Dogg’s luggage, earning him a 52,000 kroner fine ($8,600).
Snoop was in Norway to perform at the Hoverfestival in Arendal, Norway on June 28. The rapper’s lawyer told the AP that Snoop was not planning on appealing the charges and “can live with the decision.”
