(PCM) Not many celebrities like to celebrate their 40th birthday, but I suppose it does not matter much to Sofia Vergara. Thanks to her universally-acclaimed show, a clothing line, and various endorsement deals, Forbes is estimating that the Colombian-born actress racked in about $19 million dollars in the past 12 months, thus, making her the top earning actress on television. Not bad, but it gets a lot better for the actress. Her media company, LatinWE, founded in 1996, had a top earning year with about $27 million in revenue.
But beecause it was her birthday, and due to the fact she has plenty of money to burn, she celebrated elegantly. She flew 108 of her closest friends and even co-stars of Modern Family, to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico for a week long celebration at the ultralux Rosewood Mayakoba resort, charging up a bill that could top $2 million. Pocket money at this point for the talented actress.
