The sexy and hysterical Cameron Diaz turns the big 4-0 today. Besides the fact that she has an amazing career, she has also had an amazing year. She became the new face of Tag Heuer Watches, was one of Hollywood’s highest paid actresses on Forbes’ list, and rocked the cover of the U.K. Harper’s Bazaar.
Plus, she has started to write, professionally that is. According to E! Online, Diaz is beginning to write a book for young girls about the importance of proper nutrition and staying healthy.
When I think of Cameron Diaz, my mind will always shoot back to 1994 with her appearance in The Mask. She was a curvy, sexy Tina Carlyle that bust into the bank and swept Jim Carrey, I mean, Stanley Ipkiss off his feet.
She of course had some great movies since then, I know all of us girls can’t thank her enough for The Sweetest Thing. Her, Christina Applegate, and Selma Blair produced a perfect romantic comedy. They especially put the chick in “chick flick,” as it definitely captured the fun girlfriends can have together.
With other hits such as There’s Something About Mary and Bad Teacher, I just want to take this time to say Happy Birthday Cameron. Keep up the good work and keep looking good while doing it!
