Nick Cannon is in an Aspen, CO hospital after suffering “mild kidney failure” according to a wife Mariah Carey.

The singer posted a photo of the couple with Carey snuggling on the hospital bed with her ailing husband.

The Fifth Annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey results are in, and 11% of adults surveyed would like to have Denver Broncos Quarterback Tim Tebow as their neighbor. Celebrity couples were next in the rankings, with Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt garnering 10% of the votes, and Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux finishing 3rd with 9% of the vote.

Janet Hubert, the original Aunt Vivian on the 90′s  sitcom Fresh Prince of Bel Air, will not be participating in any show reunions.

Lindsay Lohan told Playboy magazine in an interview that her stubbornness in her late teens led to many of her well-documented legal problems. She now realizes that “you have to learn from your mistakes, live your dreams and be accountable.” She says that she should have listened to her advisors.

Reality TV star Richard Hatch has been released from a Rhode Island prison after serving a nine-month sentence for tax evasion.

Hatch was the Season 1 winner of the CBS reality show Survivor, and was initially convicted in 2006 for failure to pay taxes on his $1 million cash prize. He was freed after completing a 3-year federal sentence, but found himself back behind bars for failure to file his 2000 and 2001 tax returns.

Harry Morgan, prolific character actor best known for playing Colonel Potter in the long-running TV series M*A*S*H, died Wednesday morning at his Los Angeles home. Mr. Morgan had recently been treated for pneumonia.

In more than 133 movies, Morgan played Western bad guys, loyal sidekicks, judges, sheriffs, soldiers, thugs and police chiefs. On TV, he played Officer Bill Gannon on Dragnet. On M*A*S*H, Col. Actor and comedian Patrice O’Neil, a fixture on the New York comedy scene for almost two decades, died Tuesday morning.

He had suffered a stroke in October, and had also battled diabetes.

O’Neil was a regular guest on the “Opie and Anthony” radio show and appeared on the “Chapelle Show”, “The Office”, and most recently performed at the “Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen” in September.

Patrice is survived by his wife, Vondecarlo, step-daughter Aymilyon, sister Zinder and mother Georgia.
