Alec was leaving a New York courthouse after obtaining a marriage license for himself and his fiancee Hilaria Thomas when two photographers from the NY Daily News tried to snap pictures of him. Lauryn Hill is currently facing charges of tax evasion from the Feds for the years 2005, 2006, and 2007. Hill was charged this morning in Federal Court in New Jersey and could face up a $300,000 fine and one year in prison for each count. The singer reportedly made more than $1.8 million for the years 2005-2007.

Hill’s court date is scheduled for June 29.

50 year old country star Sheryl Crow revealed in an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal that she has a benign brain tumor.
