Madonna will headline the Super Bowl XLVI’s halftime show along with performers from Cirque du Soleil.

Actor and comedian Patrice O’Neil, a fixture on the New York comedy scene for almost two decades, died Tuesday morning.
He had suffered a stroke in October, and had also battled diabetes.
O’Neil was a regular guest on the “Opie and Anthony” radio show and appeared on the “Chapelle Show”, “The Office”, and most recently performed at the “Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen” in September.
Patrice is survived by his wife, Vondecarlo, step-daughter Aymilyon, sister Zinder and mother Georgia.
Actor Tobey Maguire has reached a settlement in a lawsuit which accused the actor of accumulating over $300,000 as part of an allegedly illicit poker ring organized by Brad Ruderman, the currently imprisoned Beverly Hills hedge-fund manager.
In order to untangle himself from this sticky web of accusations, the former Spiderman star has agreed to pay $80,000 to be dropped from ongoing litigation.
