Currently the District Attorney’s office claims there have been no formal charges filed against Canseco, however police have confirmed that there is a current investigation into the case.

This is not the first time that Canseco has been accused of violence against women, as both of his ex-wives have filed claims of domestic abuse against him. Canseco has since deleted all the initial tweets, but then re-took to Twitter again publishing the alleged victims telephone number and personal information urging her to take a polygraph test.

It appears that Canseco was only questioned so far in the case, and then went on to tweet that he was traveling out of state today.

It’s Chris Brown’s new 13-week-old English bulldog puppy.

Awwww, the furry pal’s name is Chief, but we hear Chris wants to give it a new name.

Chris got the dog from Shrinkabulls, which has helped celebs like Cher Lloyd, Joe Jonas and Randy Jackson adopt bulldog puppies.

Chris’ adorable little friend won’t get much larger than in the photo. Chris loves dogs, he’s owned pitbulls in the past.

Hopefully his new friend will help him get over his breakup and keep him busy!

The songwriter, producer and artist died at his home in Westwood, Calif. surrounded by family and friends.

He even made his own Number 1 Billboard hit with 1977′s “Undercover Angel,” “Alan continued to write and perform until his last days,” a statement from 1st Phase Records reads. “Alan was a generous man who gave his heart and soul to the music industry.”

He began with several of his own bands in the late 1950s, and even went to work on movie soundtracks (Eegah! and Wild Guitar come to mind) O’Day signed with Warner Brothers Records in 1971, later writing “Train of Thought” for Cher, “Rock and Roll Heaven” for the Righteous Brothers, and the 1974 No. 1 “Angie Baby” by Helen Reddy.

1977 landed him at the top of the Hot 100 with his own single, “Undercover Angel.” 1980′s “Skinny Girls” was a popular novelty hit.

In the 1980s, O’Day teamed up with Janis Liebhart to co-write dozens of songs for the popular “Muppet Babies” cartoons.

Throughout his career, O’Day’s songs were performed by artists ranging from Johnny Mathis, the 5th Dimension, Tom Jones, Dusty Springfield, Tony Orlando, Three Dog Night and Paul Anka, among others.

O’Day is survived by his wife, Yuka.

Angelina and Brad Pitt made the announcement in the form of an op-ed she authored for Tuesday’s New York Times under the headline, “My Medical Choice.” She wrote that between early February and late April she completed three months of surgical procedures to remove both breasts.

“MY MOTHER fought cancer for almost a decade and died at 56. She held out long enough to meet the first of her grandchildren and to hold them in her arms. But my other children will never have the chance to know her and experience how loving and gracious she was.

We often speak of “Mommy’s mommy,” and I find myself trying to explain the illness that took her away from us. They have asked if the same could happen to me. I have always told them not to worry, but the truth is I carry a “faulty” gene, BRCA1, which sharply increases my risk of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

My doctors estimated that I had an 87 percent risk of breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer, although the risk is different in the case of each woman.

Only a fraction of breast cancers result from an inherited gene mutation. Those with a defect in BRCA1 have a 65 percent risk of getting it, on average.

Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could. I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy. I started with the breasts, as my risk of breast cancer is higher than my risk of ovarian cancer, and the surgery is more complex.” (full story)

That was a very personal and difficult choice, and something that, given her high profile, would be noticed and asked about in the public.

Lindsay who is battling an addiction to the drug Adderall, claims that the Betty Ford Center is “old-fashioned” and is looking to be transferred to a facility that is more lenient and up with the times. Lohan is still refusing to admit that she has a problem with the drug and was given a court order by prosecutors to find a reasonable treatment center within 45 days, which is when she decided to give the Betty Ford Center a try, despite advice from her team of people who urged her the center would not be a good fit.

The court officials will not budge regarding the change of facility request and that is probably for the best, if anything the last thing this girl needs is any more leniency.

When Amanda Bynes is tweeting bizarre selfies, we’re worried about her, but when she’s silent on the social networking site for even 12 hours, that worries us even more.

And what’s more, a source close to the actress told Hollyscoop that the rumors surrounding Amanda reconnecting with her parents are totally false. She hasn’t reunited with her family at all!

Late last week, Radar Online reported that Amanda had a “really positive talk” with her parents, and her ‘rents are “thinking of flying out to NY.”

The story seemed shady to begin with. Why are her parents “thinking” of flying out? They should be booking a plane ticket and tracking her cellphone with a GPS as soon as the phone rang!

Our source says none of it’s true, that the “parent” story is trying to make all the chaos in Amanda’s life seem better than it actually is and that she’s still totally alone.

“There is no truth to the story,” a source close to the family tells Hollyscoop, “the whole [story about the parents] is an attempt to cover up the negative. Amanda is worse than she was last week!”

Last week Amanda was posing half-naked on Twitter and most recently she opened up about her nose job which reportedly removed the “webbing between her eyes.” Hopefully things will change and maybe Amanda WILL reach out to her parents.

Kutcher was in the VIP area of the country music festival and according to sources a female fan approached him to say hello and chat. After that the details are a bit sketchy, but when Kutcher attempted to shake the ladies hand things began to unravel.  In some way a festival security guard attempted to intervene the handshake, shoving both Kutcher and the female fan. This led to a violent shoving match erupting between Kutcher and the security guard until Kutcher was restrained by his friends and eventually left the scene. Most witnesses on-site are blaming the security guard for the incident.

Apparently no police report was filed and Kutcher was allowed to attend the rest of the festival for the weekend, as he continually sent out live tweets from the front row for the rest of the weekend.
