(PCM) Actor Stephen Baldwin was arrested on Thursday for failing to pay more than $350,000 in taxes.

He did not pay New York state taxes for 2008, 2009 and 20120.

After posing for a very dapper mugshot complete with black suit and slicked back hair, Baldwin pleaded not guilty at an arraignment and was released without bail.
