Stick a fork in it — it’s done!

Marc Anthony has officially filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez, LatinTRENDS reports.

Citing irreconcilable differences, the 43-year-old musician filed for divorce from the 42-year-old American Idol judge. Anthony (born Marc Anthony Muniz) also asked the courts to deny spousal support, should it be requested, and for joint physical custody of the couple’s twins (Max & Emme).

The couple announced their breakup in July, and they will continue to run their clothing line (Q’Viva) & their reality show together.

While MTV’s Movie Awards were a good watch last night, it wasn’t all that hard to figure out how the show would go down. Obviously The Twilight Saga: Eclipse would take home everything it was nominated for… and despite word that Justin Bieber could not make it, Biebs would win something and, in fact, appear.

“American Idol” runner-up Lauren Alaina swung by “The Tonight Show With Jay Leno” to share her experience of being on Idol and squash romantic rumors between her and winner Scotty McCreery. While putting our minds to ease, she also managed to shock everyone with a fun fact- that she got rejected another television competition, “America’s Got Talent”.

Congratulations to Scotty McCreery for nabbing the title for the 10th season of the largest TV competition in the nation.

The 17-year old country boy from Garner, North Carolina won the hearts of America before he even graduated High School. His deep, country gentleman voice beat out competitor Lauren Alaina, only age 16. Scotty does however hold a tie with Jordan Sparks (winner of Season 6) for one of the youngest Idol winners; Sparks also being 17 when she won.
