After the major publicity Abercrombie and Fitch created with politely asking Jersey Shore’s Mike Sorrentino to stop wearing their clothes, he is now filing a lawsuit against the clothing company.

According to Perezhilton.com, the Situation claims A&F “infringed on the GTL and the Situation trademarks” through their lame publicity stunt and by selling shirt with the words “The Fitchuation” and “GTL…You Know The Deal” printed on them.

Stunned New Yorkers looked on in amazement as Real Housewives Of N.J.’s Melissa Gorga filmed a segment in Times Square for Entertainment Tonight yesterday. Wearing a fat suit, the usually trim “On Display” singer went undercover to see if people would treat her differently as a plus-size woman.  The Housewife was joined Jersey Shore‘s Snooki, who said the star looked “sexy” in her fat suit, the segment will air this Thursday.

The Situation will be there in person unveiling this ridiculous thing that resembles a lollipop tomorrow at The Sugar Factory in Las Vegas. Is the F.D.A. aware of this?

Last Wednesday night was the movie premiere and after party for the film “The Way”, a touching film directed by Emilio Estevez and starring Martin Sheen. Sunday night was the fourth annual New Jersey Hall of Fame Induction Gala Ceremony and our own Tom “Celebrity Magnet” Murro was lucky enough to have the opportunity to attend.

Frank Sorrentino, aka The Situation’s father from the show everyone loves to hate, got served with legal papers right after he got “dunked” for a charity event.

Apparently the constantly shirtless Jersey Shore star is suing his own father for utilizing his name and image without his permission. Sorrentino Senior had started up a website called TheConfrontationSite.com and used the reality star’s name and picture. Guess parents just never learn.
