Lindsay Lohan could be ending her grand theft felony charge ordeal today. According to TMZ, Lohan reportedly rushed into court a few minutes late to discuss accepting a plea bargain from prosecuter Danette Meyers that includes significant jail time.

Along with jail time, the plea bargain would include a three year probation, and if violated a trip to state prison. Now for the question on everyone’s mind… will Lindsay take the deal?

Lindsay Lohan doesn’t have problems with only the laws. She also has a tumultuous love life. Samantha Ronson and Lohan started dating back in 2008. The couple has gone through several very public breakups and makeups. The relationship hit an especially low point when Ronson’s family filed a restraining order against the starlet.

Now there is talk that the couple is possibly reconciling. After having a rumored dinner date together on Valentine’s Day, Ronson has posted a tweet supporting the rumors.

She’s not even out of rehab for a day, but she’s already in hot water.

The Associated Press is reporting that Lindsay Lohan may have violated her probation…and, according to police in Riverside, California, charges should be pursued against the actress despite the lack of cooperation from alleged victim Dawn Holland.

“The investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery,” police said in a statement.
